Robert Neuenschwander, DDS

Personal Biography

Dr. Rob Neuenschwander (better known as Dr. Rob) has been practicing at Cameo Dental since 1999. He lives in Apple Valley with his wife Karla and they have three grown children. He is an active supporter of Minnesota Gopher Athletics. You may also find him umpiring baseball games in the surrounding communities. Always able to find a project around the house and office, Dr. Rob always enjoys staying busy gardening.

Personal Biography

Growing up as one of eight children, I was fortunate that my parents could send me for my very necessary orthodontic treatment (imagine buck teeth and fangs!) After 3 yrs in braces I began to work for my orthodontist at age 16. Over the next six years I learned a lot under his mentorship and decided to seek a career in dentistry. This was a great decision as dentistry continues to be a fulfilling and engaging career. I am truly blessed to be a part of the very unique practice that is Cameo Dental. Top tier staff make coming to work fun. Their loyalty and dedication are only rivaled by that of our wonderful patients.
Outside the office there’s always fun nearby with two very sweet grandchildren, as my own are scattered around the globe. Spending time with family and friends, traveling and practicing yoga all recharge my batteries.

Personal Biography

Kim has been a part of the Cameo Dental family since January 1993. From the age of six she knew she wanted to work in the dental field.
Kim lives in Hastings with her husband Dan. They have 3 successful adult daughters. She enjoys cooking, baking and entertaining family and friends and water walking.
Fun fact – Kim’s family is the original owners of King’s Bar in Miesville, famously known for their menu of 100+ burgers.

Personal Biography

Vicki’s hometown is neighboring Farmington. Her beautiful family consists of a son and daughter, whom are both married. She has four grandsons and one granddaughter that she loves watching grow.
Vicki’s interests include traveling, cooking and reading. She loves living in MN, especially for the lakes and trips up north. She started in the dental field as an orthodontic assistant in Hawaii and has served as a business administrator at Cameo Dental since 1989. Vicki enjoys the diversity and challenges that come with the position.

"Being a business adminstrator in a dental office requires patience, stamina, endurance, and passion. The office is fast paced, and we work as a team to assure each interaction is patient focused. And that’s what I love – the best part of my job is getting got know our patients and their families."

Personal Biography

Jodi has been a part of Cameo Dental since 1999. Jodi lives in Hastings with her husband Jim and 16-year-old daughter Isabelle. She also has 3 grown sons and 7 grandkids.
Jodi enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, shopping, sitting by the pool and riding the Harley.

Personal Biography

When I accepted my position here in 1981 I never dreamt that I would still be here in 2025. I grew up in the south metro and still live very close to my childhood home. I married my husband in 1986 and we were blessed with a son and daughter. They both are married and have young children. Three great grands and another one on the way. We love to see our kids and grand kids as often as we can.
My passion is my gardening, but I also love to decorate, entertain family and friends, travel and squeeze in fitness when I can.

What other health career is out there where you get to consistently see the same patients every few months year after year? I have met some of the most interesting people over the years with great stories and backgrounds. We’ve laughed and cried together, and that’s truly the most satisfying part of my job."

Personal Biography

For a school assignment in the 5th grade, we were asked to write an autobiography. In my paper, I said my future career plan was to be a dental hygienist. I never waivered from that plan throughout school. After high school, I went to college at the University of Minnesota, and graduated with a degree in Dental Hygiene. I have worked as a dental hygienist for 35+ years, 26 of those years have been with Cameo Dental. I strive to provide quality dental care in a gentle and caring manner, hoping to make each appointment an enjoyable experience.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family and 2 dogs. Other interests of mine include gardening, snowmobiling, hockey, and billiards.

Emily grew up in West St. Paul MN, and has been a dental hygienist for over 15 years, having the honor of being trained by one of Cameo’s own Debbie Valley. Prior to that, she started off her dental career graduating from DCTC in 1999, getting her dental assistant degree. Working in a wide range of specialties such as oral surgery and periodontics, she found her niche in general dentistry, where she loves seeing families and working with all ages.

Emily enjoys traveling the world, camping, and discovering new state parks every summer with her husband and two young daughters. If she’s not cheering on her girls at gymnastics or on the soccer field, she loves weight lifting or a good yoga class as a perfect release to end her day.

Personal Biography

Kathy has been a dedicated member of Cameo Dental since 1990. She graduated from the Medical Institute of MN in 1988 and brings more than 3 decades of experience, compassion and professionalism to patient care. Kathy is known for her steady expertise, friendly personality and commitment to creating a comfortable experience for every patient who walks through the door.
Outside of work Kathy enjoys fishing, deer hunting and cheering on the MN Vikings. She loves spending time with family, especially her 2 grandchildren, and each spring joins them in collecting and making maple syrup. When she’s relaxing, Kathy enjoys getting lost in a good crime or horror novel.

Personal Biography

Growing up in Northern Minnesota, I attended Bemidji Vocational College for my dental assisting training. I’ve been a staff member at Cameo Dental for 35 years, building many patient and co-worker relationships. We are definitely a close “work” family with many of us having 25 plus years together.
My husband and I enjoy traveling and being active in our grandchildren’s lives. I also love to walk, read, go to movies and working in the yard!
