Our History and Commitment to the Rosemount Community
Cameo Dental is deeply rooted in Rosemount, MN, with a history spanning over 75 years. Our practice was founded in 1946 by Dr. Raymond Mardell after he returned from World War II, establishing a lasting legacy of dental excellence. We are not just a dental office; we are a multi-generational community institution dedicated to the health and happiness of our neighbors.
A Legacy of Local Care
The current location on Cameo Avenue was built in 1960 to serve the growing community, and the building has been expanded twice since. The practice has welcomed several talented dentists over the decades, each contributing to our tradition of compassionate, patient-first care. Dr. Fred Groth joined in 1968, followed by Dr. Michael Mardell in 1972. Dr. Kurt Carlson joined in 1980, and Dr. Robert Neuenschwander joined in 1999. Dr. Neuenschwander, DDS, has been the sole owner since 2016. Dr. Barbra Lee, DDS, joined us in 2019 as an associate doctor, bringing her experience and dedication to our team.
